Admission and Registration Procedure
A students is eligible for admission to class I, if he has passed class Prep/KG and has completed 6 years of age. For a child to be registered for admission, the following documents/ information must be provided by the parent or guardian:
- Municipal birth certificate of the child (photocopy)
- A passport size photograph of the child.
- A photocopy of Aadhar card.
- A photocopy of the latest progress report of the child (along with the original for verification)
- A Transfer Certificate from the last school attended (original)
- Complete information regarding the child’s immunization & certificate of blood group.
After the above requirements have been complete, the child’s name will be registered for the session on the Waiting List for the class applied for. The registration of the child’s name on the waiting list does not guarantee his /her admission. Admission depends upon the performance of the child in the Entrance Test and the number of seats available in the class for which he/she is registered. We do not take into account performance reports or certificates from previous schools. All children must sit for our Entrance Test and will be considered only on the results thereof. We just can not afford to take into account extenuating circumstances. We are aware that some children excel at games or have other skills. We are also aware that a number of parents have genuine difficulties as non-family postings, frequent transfers, etc. It is impossible to decide which situation deserves the greater sympathy; this also introduces an unavoidable element of subjectivity. Therefore, we have to harden ourselves and just look at our test marks and nothing else. Admissions will be granted at the sole discretion of the Principal. The school reserves the right of refusing admissions/re-admission without assigning any reason for doing so.
Schedule of Fees
The school fees is divided into quarterly installments for convenience, but must always be paid in advance. The quarterly fees must be deposited in Punjab National Bank, Nirala Nagar Kanpur, using any of the following modes:
- Pay the fees in cash or by cheque in favour of “Viraj Academy of Higher Education”, current a/c no. 2302002100012900 at Punjab National Bank, Nirala Nagar, Kanpur.
- Pay the same in the school office on all working days from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Pay online through Net-banking / NEFT / IMPS as per the following details:

Rules regarding payment of fees
- The quarterly fees must be deposited in Punjab National Bank, Nirala Nagar Kanpur, as per the instructions in the Fee Booklet.
- Fees must be paid by the 15th of each quarter month i.e. April, July, October & January . Defaulters, after the 15th of the above months will be required to pay a fine of Rs. 100/- upto the last day of the month.
- The bank is not responsible for the correctness of your payment to the school. If in doubt in this regard, kindly consult the school office.
- In case of fees payment by cheque / draft, it should be issued in favour of “Viraj Academy of Higher Education” and it must bear the students name, class & fee booklet no. overleaf.
- Parents must give one month’s notice in writing should they wish to withdraw their child/children or in lieu of notice, one month’s fees must be paid.
