A transparent, merit-based admission process designed to ensure fairness, academic readiness, and the best learning environment for every child.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Admission to Class I

1. A student is eligible for admission to Class I if he/she has successfully passed Class Prep / KG.

2. He/She must have completed 6 years of age as on 1st July

Documentation

Documents Required for Registration

Parents or guardians are required to submit the following documents at the time of registration.

Birth Certificate

Municipal Birth Certificate of the child (Photocopy).

Photographs

One passport-size photograph of the child and one group photograph with parents.

Aadhaar Card

Photocopy of the child’s Aadhaar Card.

Progress Report

Photocopy of the latest progress report (original to be shown for verification).

Transfer Certificate

Original Transfer Certificate from the last school attended.

Medical Details

Complete immunization record and blood group certificate.

After submission and verification of all documents, the child’s name will be registered on the Waiting List for the session and class applied for. The Registration of a child's name on the waiting list does not guarantee his/her admission. The admission depends upon the performance of the applicant in the Entrance Test and the number of seats available in the class for which the applicant is registered .

We do not take into account performance report from previous schools. All applicants must sit for our Entrance Test and will be considered only on the results thereof

Selection Process

Admission Decision Criteria

Admission is granted strictly on merit and availability of seats.

Entrance Assessment

Admission depends on the child’s performance in the school’s Entrance Test conducted for the applied class.

Seat Availability

Selection is subject to the number of seats available in the respective class.

Fair Evaluation

Previous school performance, certificates, or external factors are not considered. Only the Entrance Test results are evaluated.

The school is unable to consider special circumstances, transfers, or non-academic factors during the admission process. This ensures fairness and eliminates subjectivity. Final admission decisions are based solely on test performance.
